Libation Package
You do the shopping and we do everything else!
When you book the Libation Package, we will collaborate with you in advance over the phone or Zoom to plan your perfect event and provide a customized bar shopping list. On the day of your event, our crew arrives one hour before to set-up and prep the bar, which includes the necessary tables, tablecloths, ice chests, ice buckets, and bartending tools. Travel within 30 miles of Seattle is included—events outside of this range may include additional travel fees.
- 5 Hours of bartending service
- 1 licensed bartender
- 1 full bar station, which includes:
- Serving Station: One 6-foot table with black tablecloth, ice chests, and galvanized beverage buckets for ice and drinks.
- Plasticware: 12oz, 9oz, and 1oz plastic cups
- Paperware: Cocktail napkins and straws.
- Garnishes: Lime, lemon, cherries, oranges & olives
- 1 Hour of set-up before the event, and 1 hour of tear-down after the event
- 1 Customized shopping list for liquor, mixers, garnishes, etc.
- 1 Bar menu sign
- Libation Package based on events with 65 guests in attendance
